Manager of Case ManagementLeaderStat is searching for a motivated leader for a Manager of Case Management position. This individual will lead a reputable health organization in the Dayton, OH area. Welcome to BUCKEYE STATE!Job Summary:The Manager of Case Management is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Case Management Program including utilization review, discharge planning and inpatient denials management. Oversees utilization reviews by the Case Managers. Prepares and maintains reports and records related to utilization review and shares information with key stakeholders. Facilitates and ensures the provision and achievement of quality care and appropriate utilization of resources. Responsible for addressing and resolving variances in care/services that could potentially result in negative quality/cost impact.Minimum Qualifications:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years management experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS:Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of mangers, clients, customers, and the general public.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Must have a strong knowledge of utilization reviewCurrently holds an active, unrestricted license to work as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.Certification in Case Management from ACMA or CMSA preferred.Pay Package Details Salary Direct (Full-time)Salary: $90K-$130KA variety of pay is an estimate, please contact our team to put together your personalized pay package, as a variety of factors can influence your total pay. *BENEFITSWe offer a competitive benefits package tailored to each employee's needs and position.
